Jalouse USA is a domestic off shoot of its french counterpart and part of one of the oldest fashion magazine publishing companies in Europe. Working with the staff and owners to develop the new brand I began working there on a freelance basis as an assistant to the art director. Working with Jalouse bacames a full time job. As the Assistant Art Director / Print Production Coordinator I filled multiple positions. When the layout and design of the magazine were done I would personally take the book through the entire printing process. From final mechanical to press approvals I would follow the production from door to door.
